Almost all essential information about their pricing system and what it includes is missing.

Unfortunately, aside from informing patients about their surgery phases, Adem & Havva Clinic gives no information regarding pre-op instructions on their website. Without these instructions to prepare the scalp, the results are negatively affected. That’s a minus point.
Once you apply for a free consultation at Adem & Havva Clinic, you meet with Dr. Fuzun Erdogan (according to the promise of the clinic). After she examines your scalp and hair loss, you are given a personalized quote, and the booking process starts.
The fact that the clinic’s supervising doctor puts in the time and effort to meet with each patient individually is a big plus rarely seen among clinics. And not only that, but the clinic also gives detailed hair loss reports to patients according to how the consultation process goes.

Patients can benefit from this extra rest day to recover faster after the surgery. However, we cannot say the same for their accommodation options because there is a massive gap in transparency here.
The clinic does provide the patient with accommodation but not with a specific hotel they chose and prepared beforehand. Instead, the clinic promises to cover the patient’s accommodation in a hotel they can freely choose based on a budget the clinic has prepared. But the amount of this budget is not addressed anywhere. So, it is difficult to say whether the clinic will cover your chosen 5-star hotel. Besides, some reviews only mention their stay in a 4-star hotel, so this ambiguity is a minus.
Adem & Havva Clinic has a large hospital building entirely dedicated to its hair transplants. The building is a very modern, high-end facility. So, you should expect comfort and attentive staff throughout the whole process. Also, the building’s interior design and surgical rooms are equipped with cutting-edge technology.
The clinic is located in the very center of the city, Sisli. Unfortunately, we do not know which hotels the clinic supports, so we cannot say the same for the accommodation options. However, they are likely located near the clinic.

In its early years, the clinic was founded and managed by Dr. Safiye Kurt. However, nowadays, Dr. Serdar Kurt acts as the CEO of the clinic, and Dr. Safiye Kurt no longer appears as a part of the surgical team. Regardless, even if both were, neither is a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.
There is also various and changing information online on other review websites about the clinic’s doctors. But they seem outdated as most of these doctors have opened their own clinics, and Adem & Havva Clinica does not mention them on its medical team page.
The only doctor we learn about is Dr. Fuzun Erdogan. She has over 20 years of experience in hair transplantation and conducted over 1000 surgeries, making her an excellent choice for hair transplantation. But, we should note that she, too, is not a dermatologist or a plastic surgeon.
Despite changing its staff multiple times over the years, it is clear that the clinic has a high set of standards for its chosen doctors, and this quality is a big sign of reliability. However, the fact that they do not currently have any technicians in the field of dermatology is a minus.
According to the clinic’s medical team page, other technicians seem to be working with Dr. Erdogan. However, the clinic does not give any information about them.
But ultimately, as the online reviews point out, all the technicians are fluent in various languages and very communicative.

That is also why the clinic has no online post-op instructions for how patients should look after their hair after the surgery.

The day following the surgery, the clinic removes the bandages, and Dr. Erdogan examines the patient’s scalp after the first hair wash. Afterward, as the patient enters the post-surgery phase, the clinic promises to keep in touch with the patient by asking for photos regularly to check the healing process.
Adem & Havva Clinic also provides each patient a lifetime warranty, meaning that if any problem occurs, it will fix it.
The clinic does not provide post-op ATPv sprays to increase the graft survival rate. However, this is not surprising as they also do not perform any similar bio-enhancements during the surgery.
But on the other hand, they grant patients post-op medications and shampoo in their package. These post-op medications last 5 days, and their medical shampoo covers 8 weeks.

However, it is clear that as more than two decades have passed since the clinic was founded, it needs some updates and modern transparency.
We expect the clinic to show its prices or a more detailed explanation of its packages on its official website. However, it does not share them. That transparency trend is a vital measurement in our rating.
Instead, we rely on online reviews and agencies to get any knowledge about the clinic’s pricing or post-surgery process.
Those online reviews are pretty promising. There are also some natural-looking & unfiltered before and after photos at the clinic. Even though some results are moderate, it is normal. But the fact that the clinic puts such a limited number of patient results on its website is not normal.
