Clearly, Dr. Koray is a very successful doctor, congratulations to him, but seeing this from someone who received their education in state schools in Türkiye bothers me. One is simple and consists of 4 questions, and the other one is complex and consists of 13 questions and providing wet and dry photos from various head angles is compulsory. I had my surgery about 4 years ago at Asmed Medical Center. I was very unsure about having a hair transplant operation in a foreign country. I live in Switzerland. After extensive research, I came into contact with Andreas Krämer, a Swiss researcher who conducts many studies on hair transplantation around the world. He only recommended three providers to me out of a total of more than 400 clinics in Istanbul. I chose Asmed Medical Center with Dr. Asmed Koray. As the universe would have it, everything worked out and after 14 months my hair was as perfect as I imagined. Asmed recommends 4500 Graft. I was so positively surprised with the result that five friends of mine have now had surgery there at Asmed. Everyone is 100% satisfied with the result. I had a treatment by them approximately 18 months ago. Enough time to evaluate them. Cons – 1. Below average results after waiting for 18 months+// and doing 4400 + grafts . 2. They blame my bad results for not taking Finasteride and Minoxidil to support the surgery. 3 Their client coordinator, Suzana is quite a bully. Guys, if you get her as a coordinator, reject her, ask for someone else. 4 Cost of 13000 usd for 4400 grafts paid to them is not worth it. Its better to get it done in Eu or US, if you have so much money. 5. Doctor Koray only does incisions. He does not do actual transplant, even lf you pay full package for his services. He does not do the extraction. He disappears for 90% of procederé to attend other clients. 6. They have an agreement with Raddison hotel located close to them; that hotel spies on all your movements pre/ post surgery – and reports to Suzana. 7. They sell some post surgery shampoo and steroids for Dermatitis etc. The shampoo which may cost 1 euro in local Istanbul market ls sold for 20 euro in their clinic. I discovered this via my local Turkish friends. Pros – 1. clean clinic. 2. nothing went wrong with me in medical terms. 3. Donor management was good. 4. Clinic is very posh. 5. Lots of modern machines 6. Some of the junior staff was very kind and helpful. Conclusion – overall, i do not recommend. Either go to cheaper clinics in Turkey. Or if you have money to splurge choose a top US or EU clinic. Thats my plan for next surgery.

He was born in Bursa/Turkey in 1968 and studied medicine at Hacettepe University. He completed his specialization training as an assistant in the Thoracic Surgery Department of Marmara University.
Koray Erdoğan founded Asmed Hair Center in 2001 and still performs hair transplants there. He and his team specialize in FUE performed with custom lateral slits and KEEP implanter.
As a speaker, he has attended many international conferences and workshops and contributed to hair transplant literature with DES or Sequential FUE technique.
