However, we couldn’t find any official information about Bellus Clinic’s pricing, making us question whether the clinic offers different hair transplant prices to other customers.
And for the other parts, such as what their package of services includes, we had to look at the clinic’s FAQ page. For some reason, the clinic’s only existing services page just gives some of the services at a very introductory level and avoids the rest entirely.

Unfortunately, the clinic’s website lacks any information to indicate their cost precisely or even approximately. So, individuals who just wish to get a price will have to finish the form on their contact page and wait for a response.
Aside from other services besides hair health, the clinic also provides patients with PRP injections.
However, we are not given any information about how much these PRP injections cost individually, so it is difficult to know how much they affect the overall price of their packages. As a result, it is even harder with this to estimate the clinic’s package costs entirely.

Bellus Clinic’s website is in Russian, English, Arabic, and Spanish. The website design is quite old and careless, but it contains much helpful post-surgery information. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said for pre-op surgery instructions, as they do not exist.
For the best preparation and pre-surgery hair condition enhancement, 1-1 consultation with the doctor is necessary. However, the clinic only conveys doctors’ opinions through the representatives. Services such as 1-1 Google Meet or Zoom sessions with the hair transplant surgeon are unavailable.
So, if you want to meet with the doctor directly before surgery, you must wait until you come to Istanbul.
Patients can reach the clinic via mail or Whatsapp. The clinic has no online consultation form or test to determine your hair loss. Instead, patients must message the clinic and wait for a reply. Once the clinic gets back to you, it asks for head images in every direction. Then representatives provide a detailed report on your hair loss & hair transplant. When you arrive at Istanbul airport, you will be greeted by a customer coordinator that speaks your language. This customer acts as your customer care specialist throughout your stay in Istanbul. We are unsure whether the package includes a VIP van transfer since it is not written in the package content on the official website.
The clinic’s package contains a 5-star international hotel for the accommodation of hair transplant patients. However, we could not find any information about which hotel they provide even in the online review, so it was impossible to fact-check it. We recommend you learn more about the hotel before reserving your hair transplant.
A 3-night stay with a rest day is provided in the package. Our body heals while resting, so it is crucial for the success of hair restoration surgery. That’s a plus according to our framework since we believe a 3-night stay should be the default in each hair transplant package in Turkey.
Online photos of operating rooms at Bellus Clinic are limited; in the existing ones, we found the rooms to be small and simple. A hair transplant is a surgical process, and its surgery room should not look similar to a simple examination room for a flu check-up. This is a minus.

Similarly, despite promising local anesthesia to its patients, the clinic does not give any information about its anesthesiologist anywhere. Even if the clinic works under an agreement with an anesthesiologist outside the clinic, it still needs to present its credentials to the public for reliability.
The primary doctor and supervisor of the clinic, Dr. Kurshat Yalvach, is a prominent doctor in his field with work experience expending 10+ years with thousands of different cases. He is also the only doctor the clinic’s website mentions regarding its surgical team. For patients who want to learn more about him, he even has his own page outside of Bellus Clinic.
Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about the rest of the team, as the clinic does not mention anything about any of its technicians or nurses anywhere. We do not know how many surgeons there are and how many years of experience they have. The clinic does absolutely nothing to give any information about them online. In this case, online concerns about some patients seeing only nurses during the surgery raise more questions about their honesty.
It is difficult to talk about the language of the technicians without even knowing anything about them. However, comments online mention that they had a smooth time in terms of communication as the team provides a translator and customer care specialist for many languages.

Regardless of your chosen method, Dr. Kurshat Yalvach is present to either perform or supervise the entire operation along with his co-workers. He also draws the natural hairline of all his patients personally. So, laser-assisted hairline drawing is out of the question.
The PRP injections are a core part of the clinic’s package, but the same cannot be said about using bio-enhancement in any part of the transplant process. This is a huge minus, as the patient’s graft survival depends entirely on the transplant method they will take without any enhancement to preserve the health of the harvested grafts.
As the clinic does not have a consultation page and waits for the patients to reach out to give any information, it is difficult to say how many patients they accept a day. In our framework, we believe that accepting a single patient a day is crucial to entirely focus on their personal process and increase the effectiveness of the surgery. However, this part is completely left empty by the clinic.
The clinic does not clearly answer whether their anesthesiologist provides sedation through needle-free local anesthesia. Although the aftermath of the drug’s administration can be painless, the injection can still cause pain. Using anesthesia is vital, but having no needle-free option is a minus.

Firstly, Bellus Clinic isn’t listed anywhere except Google, which is a big red flag in terms of reliability. And on the only platform that the clinic has any reviews, the total number is nowhere near 500, not even higher than 200. Without many reviews to look for, patients trying to find out more about the clinic will meet a dead end in terms of hearing different views about the clinic.
And finally, despite a rating of 4.6 on Google, the clinic has many bad reviews. But worse, the staff handles almost every bad review very harshly.
Everybody can make mistakes, even professionals, and it is normal. We only expect clinics to accept criticism and handle bad reviews by offering re-dos with dignity, as they are significant variables in decision-making. Instead, the clinic mocks these comments or outright attacks them.
