The clinic has three all-inclusive and detailed packages. All the packages essentially provide the same services in providing maximum grafts for meeting the most vital needs of their patients.
Their differences come in the secondary services they provide along with hair transplant surgery. By doing so, they provide their patients the comfort of knowing that no matter the deal they choose, the surgery process will proceed with maximum effort.

Although the number of packages the clinic provides is limited, each package promises to grant maximum grafts in a single session, which is a huge plus.
And thanks to the fixed price policy, each package reliably proves that the cost only increases depending on other services you prefer in terms of accommodation and transport.
Consultation is present in every package, but the patient’s hairline is also prepared for surgery in the most expensive package, Premium. That, in our opinion, should have been mandatory in all packages.
The premium package also includes a special lotion for post-surgery, other than the other aftercare products already present. Overall, even this most expensive package is cheaper than 3000€.

Although Clinacana does not follow the old trend of “leaving some information absent to create interest and consultation calls” in its pricing transparency, the same is not present here. Its operational team consists of various loopholes.
First of all, despite having a consultation before surgery available, whether they are reviewed by the main doctor, one to one, in an online meeting is a mystery. Online patient reviews say they talked with a nurse or a receptionist instead of the doctor and thus had inadequate responses to their questions.
Also, although the clinic has a keen knowledge of English and a translator, they do not have customer success and sales specialists with the same expertise in their team.
They provide detailed pre-surgery and post-surgery reports and additional information about the surgical phases the patient will go through. However, the pre-surgery process falls short of improving the transplant’s effectiveness within these phases. The clinic does not inform patients about what they can do before surgery on their blogs or social media.
The only pre-surgery application they provide in all packages is blood tests. Aside from that, the only other pre-surgery preparation they have is drawing the hairline before the operation, and even that is only present in the most expensive package.

Sadly, Clinacana does not grant the same approach to all its patients. If you go with their most expensive package, you can get some of your essential needs.
Starting with the transportation and getting to the hospital, a VIP van to pick up the customers is not in all packages, leaving patients with smaller budgets to find their own to the hospital from abroad.
Despite charging extra for hotel services, none of the packages include a 5-star international hotel. And 3-nights accommodation is only available for the patients who purchase the most expensive package.
But to give credit where it’s due, their chosen hotel is in a central location and is quite close to their clinic, which also has high-quality operation rooms, according to the patients online.

They do have a plastic surgeon on their team. However, many reviews online mention he was not present during their surgery, and the nurses entirely handled the surgery. Even if he was, the information they have on their website about the range of their surgeons is minimal, and we do not precisely know how many there are on the operational team.
Also, their team completely lacks a dermatologist in their team to be a supervisor in the surgery.
But the leading surgeon on their team, Dr. Soner Tatlidede, has over 20 years of experience that backs up over 1000+ successful surgery results that can easily be found online. And their entire team, with available information, has experience both in and outside their country, proving their English-speaking capabilities.
However, whether this experience will affect your surgery is a question mark as we do not know how often he is present at surgeries. We do not have any information about the countless other surgeons in the clinics. The number of surgeons present during the surgery or their educational background is a gamble.

As the patient has probable male pattern baldness (AGA), they are also educated about post-op recovery and healing procedures. And if they miss anything, their social media accounts, especially their YouTube channel, have many post-op educational instructions that can easily be found.

Clinacana has a high number of positive reviews from various independent sources. Even though there are several negative reviews that they left unanswered, the high satisfaction rate overwhelms the negativity.

Aside from the information they provide, learning more, especially from the doctor himself, can get tricky in the clinic. And that is where their missing parts start to emerge. Clinacana offers some essential hair transplant surgery needs at a fixed price, such as having an FUE technique available. But for almost every other service, they either do not have it or cost extra.
The patients rarely see their doctor’s involvement. The best accommodation they can provide is at a 4-star hotel that only appears on their most expensive package and is only two nights.
They do not have a dermatologist on their team or an anesthesiologist, which also explains why the only sedation option they provide is with a painful needle.
Despite lacking helpful information, especially about their pre-surgery and post-surgery procedures, Clinaca’s website is sufficient in other areas. And their blog, along with their social media accounts and YouTube video review section, is quite explanatory.
