However, we can’t say the same for the rest of their package. As they clearly indicate on their website, these prices affect the grafts used in the transplant alone.
So, in addition to the lack of knowledge regarding their packages, there is no clear way to say how much the entire transplant process will cost in the package, including additional services.
Some of these services that they do not mention and likely cost extra are the aftercare medications and shampoo.
Despite the lack of knowledge about a clear package, after searching their website and online reviews, we were at least able to deduce that their services include:

On the other hand, travel costs to Turkey are not included. The clinic expects the patients to purchase the flight tickets themselves.

HLC Clinic puts the time and effort into providing 1-1 online consultation with a doctor for each patient, which is a big plus.
Once you finish your initial consultation process with the English-speaking customer success specialist, the clinic asks for pictures from different angles. After investigating your scalp’s condition, they will provide you with a detailed personal hair loss report.
Finally, both during the consultation process and in the various parts of the website, they provide detailed information about how your transplant process will go.
For contact options, the clinic offers phone calls, the website’s own form, Skype, and email as potential options for learning more about the surgery phases.
After you arrive at the clinic, they do a blood test and decide which medications you need to stop using based on your medical history. These are preparations made to prevent possible allergic reactions.
However, the clinic does not provide any other support or pre-op instruction to improve your scalp condition (with necessary supplements) to prepare you for the best surgery results.

HLC Clinic provides absolutely no information about its accommodation and transport services on its website; it simply shows photos of the hotel rooms. That is a big minus, and every patient has the right to know the direct name and the location of their designated hotels for their own safety and comfort.
However, multiple online patient reviews mention that they stayed in a 5-star hotel for 3 nights during their process. Apparently, the clinic chooses to give this informations after the consultation process, too.
According to what we collected from online patients, the clinic directly takes you from the airport to your hotel via VIP transport once you arrive.
It is comforting to hear that the clinic does not let patients feel alone in a different country by assisting in every step. Also, the extra night in the hotel is a big plus in our rating as your body will benefit highly from it to recover from the physical stress of the surgery.
The exterior and interior design of the clinic is filled with advanced equipment that supports a modern and excellent look. It also looks very hygienic, which is a must for surgery.
Finally, the clinic is located in Cankaya Ankara, which is very close to Ankara Esenboga Airport.

On the contrary, the clinic makes no claim or effort to provide its attention to just a single patient a day. Without preventing simultaneous operations, it is difficult to know or believe if they actually have a leading doctor supervising each patient’s process.
By having multiple doctors with multiple surgeries, the clinic pressures its technicians with simultaneous operations each day. In other words, it is possible to say your hair might fall in danger by being the last patient of the day getting treatment from a tired, half-full team.
The clinic has local anesthesia and sedation, as mentioned before, but not a needle-free option. So, they do not claim to have a full, painless surgery.
Similarly, bio-enhancements are not mentioned on the clinic’s website or in any patient reviews. According to photos and videos online, they draw the hairline by hand, but miniaturization checks are valued greatly by the clinic and are included in the process.

Despite leaving a half-transparent pricing policy, HLC Clinic grasped our attention with their affordable graft prices combined with an immensely experienced team of surgeons.
The fact that Dr. Oztan shows enough care to meet with patients 1-1 during the consultation is a big plus.
However, we wished that they also meet with a single patient a day when it’s the day for performing the surgery. The fact that they hinder their abilities and tire themselves with simultaneous transplants is a minus.
Also, we don’t know if bio-enhancements are used in their transplants. The fact that they do not mention it anywhere puts their graft survival rates into question.
The biggest highlight is that, even if the surgeon is very famous for pioneering the industry, he offers affordable graft prices. Also, the clinic provides other hair treatments such as body hair transplants (BHT), eyebrow transplants, and beard transplants.
Ultimately, according to us, Dr. Oztan and his crew perform successful surgeries despite dividing their attention on multiple surgeries and decreasing their effectiveness as time goes on.
