The pricing seems reasonable enough as it is not too low to raise suspicions about the quality of their services and not too high to be well above the average.
Each package includes a lifetime warranty, which is essential in gaining trust. But also, all of the packages seem almost identical except for your chosen method and the few extra services in their premium package. However, even that one is below 3000€.
Most medications and shampoo are included in package prices. However, we feel that the hair growth-boosting products for 3 months of aftercare could be provided in the base pricing as well. Still, that is a minor comment, as in terms of pricing, they get a 5-star rating from us.

That is a plus, as these personal one-to-one consultations allow the patient to get a quote before going through with the surgery so that they can feel safe, trust the clinic, and see if their medical background is suited for surgery.

Starting on the first day of your arrival, the clinic will pick you up from the airport and take you to your hotel with VIP transport, as it is included in each package.
However, what is not included in each package’s facility services is the 3-night accommodation in a 5-star hotel, as it only exists in the clinic’s most expensive, premium package. We also do not know which hotels they provide in each package.
Most of the clinic’s competitors provide the very vital on the third day in their basic package, as after the surgery, your tired body will require an extra day of resting to shake off the physical stress and heal fully before making the journey back home. The lack of 3-night accommodation in a 5-star hotel is a minus.
MCAN Health Clinic performs surgeries in its own independent building. The clinic appears to have modern-looking rooms equipped with high-tech tools and clean operating rooms.
Despite the confidence-building parts of the building, from its exterior design to its interior equipment, its location is slightly unfortunate and could have been better. Regardless, it is still in a relatively easy location. It is located in Levent, only 40 km from Istanbul Airport (IST) and 42 km from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW).

Despite providing so many positive signs, the clinic fell short of informing us about who within the clinic would be responsible for the surgery. On MCAN Health Clinic’s website, the only name we get about performing hair transplants is Dr. Sefadiye Cesur, who is a plastic surgeon with surgery experience of over 1000 transplants.
Similarly, despite providing local anesthesia, and in fact, even a needle-free anesthesia option in its premium package, there is no information about their anesthesiologist on the website. It is difficult to know if they have an actual expert to administer the sedative or have some technician from the surgical team to do it.
Speaking of which, we do not know if they have a surgical/operational team at all. Once again, the clinic provides no information about the team.
Online comments and the various online photos from inside the clinic show a high number of technicians inside the building. However, it is important to note that MCAN Health Clinic provides services other than hair transplant as well. So, we have no way of knowing if these people are on the hair transplant team or not.
Just like the representatives of the website, the medical staff is entirely knowledgeable in English, so it is easy to communicate there.

Another great addition to their services is the usage of needle-free local anesthesia and sedation. It is a shame that this service only exists in their premium package; however, it is a big plus nonetheless. It completely solves the fear of needles that some patients might have and reduces the pain of the surgery even further.
Bio-enhancements are unfortunately not included in any of the clinic packages, which seems out of place, considering that many other essential services are covered. These supplements are vital in supporting the recovery results of individual hair follicles. That is a minus.
Despite promising to be present in the patient’s surgical process, the doctors of MCAN Health Clinic do not promise the “only one patient a day” policy, which raises questions. How they manage to be present in each surgery is a big mystery. And even if they do somehow, simultaneous operations can greatly reduce the attention and capabilities of doctors over the course of the day. That is a minus in our framework.
Lastly, the word telogen or miniaturization does not appear on any part of the clinic’s website; they only do the new hairline drawing by hand, and laser-assisted drawing is not provided.

Seeing that they have an eye for keen details, we are not surprised to see that they also provide extensive instructions and attention in both the pre-surgery and post-surgery phases. However, it is still a great addition. Caring enough to spare time for patients personally is a great act by the clinic’s doctor, which is supported only by their regular check-ins post-op.
Regarding our ratings in online reviews and before and after photos, we are surprised but happy to see a clinic that gets a full score from both of them in such a long time. Patients seem quite happy with the results and treatments they get from MCAN Health Clinic’s online approach.
We think the clinic could improve and take its place among the highest-rated clinics in our clinic reviews list by simply providing more information about their medical team. We barely know about the leading hair transplant doctor, we have no information about their surgical team, and lastly, we don’t know if they even have an anesthesiologist in the first place. The clinic gets a low score from us in these areas.
We appreciate the fact that the leading doctors operate each surgery to avoid common hair transplant problems. However, without knowing the full extent of their medical team, it is difficult to say if they can keep this promise with success, especially considering that they do not focus on treating only one patient a day.
Also, we believe that the clinic could achieve much better results if bio-enhancements were included in any part of its process.
