The clinic is founded by Dermatosurgeon Dr. Utkan Kiziltac and his wife Assistant Prof. Dr. Kubra in 2020 and aims to solve most important issues in hair transplant industry in Turkey.
Dr. Utkan used to perform hair transplant operations in a big chain hospital in Istanbul before opening the clinic.
The clinic is the only one known to accept only 1 patient a day and is mainly chosen by patients who don’t want to undergo a hair restoration operation in hair mill clinics.
So it is basically a Boutique Hair Transplant Clinic for patients who want a doctor to perform the operation and get all the attention during the day.

- Pricing: The pricing info was on their webpage, but it has been removed. By reaching the clinic, we learned that the premium package (their only package) starts from €2900. We think it should be put back on their pricing page.

After countless hours researching and interviewing hair transplant clinics, I was beginning to lose hope. The clinics I encountered employed a revolving-door model — leveraging their doctors across multiple teams of technicians in a single day, and rushing through patients like parts on an assembly line. Some even refused to take my case, citing my age (62) and Norwood 4–5 classification as too advanced or “not ideal.”
The deeper I dug into the world of hair restoration — particularly the well-known hair mills of Türkiye — the more wary I became. Stories of overharvesting, excessive scarring, unsanitary conditions, extreme swelling, and impersonal service were common complaints. I wanted something different: skill, safety, and a team I could trust.

Being referred to Dr. Utkan was a profound relief — like finally breathing after weeks of holding my breath. From the moment I made contact, it was clear this clinic operated in a league of its own. The entire office is devoted to one patient per day — a model that ensures undivided attention, meticulous care, and a level of craftsmanship that simply does not exist in larger, high-volume clinics.
Dr. Utkan and his team are tender, compassionate, and incredibly precise. Before a single incision was made, he and his lead technician spent nearly an hour designing my hairline — carefully analyzing an asymmetry in my facial structure and incorporating a beautifully natural-looking correction, including restoration of my temples. This level of artistry and personal involvement was far beyond my expectations. I cannot imagine a larger clinic would go to such lengths.
Dr. Utkan personally performed all 4,250 incisions — ensuring every follicle was placed to grow in the natural direction, replicating the original crown whorl and native flow of my hair. This is critical work, and not something to be delegated. His deep involvement throughout the day gave me complete peace of mind. They were also the only clinic I found that offered the latest in stem-cell treatment, as an option.
The clinic itself was pristine, with impeccable hygiene and a team that works like a family — calm, confident, and completely focused. Despite the high level of care, pricing was comparable to the larger clinics I had considered, yet the value I received was on an entirely different level.
Post-op care has also been excellent. Their patient portal is simple to use, and their communication has been proactive and reassuring. I experienced no swelling, infection nor scarring. I was grateful for minimal itching, and fast healing. Just two weeks post-op, scabbing was nearly gone. The harvest area soon looked completely normal — no visible thinning, no patchiness.
My procedure was on May 12, 2025, and now, just two months later, the results are progressing exactly as expected. I see healthy signs of growth and feel confident that the best is yet to come.

We expect service providers to be transparent to prospects in the modern world. However, UnitedCare Clinic doesn’t provide this info on its pricing/cost page. We learned that the premium package price is €2900 by reaching the patient manager.
UnitedCare’s all packages are all-inclusive, aiming to meet the needs of patients during and after the procedure. Post-op PRP, aftercare medications, shampoos are all included in the package.
If you would like to get a Stem Cell Hair Transplant, sedation by an anesthesiologist, or the DHI implant option, the clinic charges extra.

Dr. Utkan Kiziltac examines prospects’ unique hair loss and chronic conditions and creates personalized scalp and hair loss improvement instructions. These instructions may include do’s and don’ts, nutrition, supplements, and medication advice. Then, he determines anomalies of hair and skin at this stage and handles them before the hair restoration surgery.
Some of his previous patients reported that they’d met with him online in Zoom before the operation to analyze their current hair loss situation. In Turkish hair transplant clinics, it’s extremely rare for a surgeon to allocate time to a patient to have an online meeting. Remember that many patients who had hair transplants, even in famous Turkish clinics, complained that they saw the surgeon for just 3 minutes. That’s a plus for UnitedCare Clinic.
UnitedCare Clinic provides detailed hair loss and hair transplant reports, including current hair loss condition, donor capacity, graft count estimations, and the best hair transplant technique for the patient. This report also indicates a patient’s hair transplant eligibility. If a patient is not eligible for hair restoration surgery, Dr. Kiziltac does not accept them.
UnitedCare’s website has detailed information about hair transplant phases starting from the initial contact. A patient can learn what to expect during the stay in Istanbul.
The booking process is pretty straightforward. A patient can contact the clinic via Whatsapp or by filling out the contact form. The representative becomes a bridge between the hair transplant surgeon, Dr. Utkan Kiziltac, and the patient to determine the patient’s hair transplant eligibility and determine a surgery date.

Not all packages of UnitedCare Clinic include 5-star hotels. However, you can choose Grand Wyndham Kalamis option, one of the best hotels in Istanbul and pay extra. The hotel is in an excellent location with a Marmara Sea view.
In our opinion, 1 extra night after the hair transplant surgery is essential since the surgery is quite tiring and a patient becomes exhausted. Resting is important to speed up recovery and keep the immune system strong, and no additional cost for the extra rest night is favorable for the clinic.
The clinic is located at the center of Kadikoy, one of the most famous places in Istanbul. A patient can easily access tourist places and shopping malls with well-known brands.

Dr. Utkan Kiziltac is a dermatologist whose specialty is hair loss and restoration. We know how important it is to deeply understand skin, scalp, and hair to find the best personalized treatment, and that’s a plus.
UnitedCare Clinic offers a soft sedation option for hair transplant. It is done by an anesthesiologist and is charged €300 extra. The sedation relaxes the patient before and during the surgery and prevents pain, stress and anxiety. It is especially important for patients having hair transplant phobia.
However, we couldn’t find any detailed information regarding the anesthesiologist doctor of UnitedCare. Probably, they outsource it.
Dr. Utkan Kiziltac and his wife, Dr. Kubra Kiziltac, have treated more than 50.000 patients together as medical doctors and dermatologists. Dr. Utkan Kiziltac also performed 1000+ hair transplants in which he personally performed surgical procedures.

UnitedCare Clinic indicates on its website that 1st, 3rd, 6th, 9th, 12th, and 18th months post-op, the clinic reaches its patients and asks for photos for healing/recovery examination.
The clinic has an app called Care Assistant, in which a patient enters a surgery date and the app shows do’s and don’ts specific to today. Basically, it shows pre-op, operation day, and post-op instructions in a personalized way.
For example, if you set the surgery date and 8 days have passed after your surgery, the app says that you can do a heavy activity such as exercising.
In case of a complication after a hair transplant, UnitedCare Clinic re-operates the patient. However, it states that patient-related post-op errors violate the re-operation policy.
UnitedCare Clinic gives post-op spray, considered a part of bio-enhanced hair restoration. The spray provides energy to transplanted hair follicles until they are again connected to the blood supply in recipient zones.

The clinic has very few online reviews, and that’s a drawback. However, it is better than having many fake reviews, which many hair transplant clinics have.
The clinic is now operating for 5 years and doesn’t have any bad reviews. That’s a big plus ++. Most clients are satisfied with their results showing the excellent quality of work and customer service.
Also keep in mind that hair mill clinics accepts 10-20 patients a day, making up to 500-600 patients a month. UnitedCare accepts 30 patients a month. Therefore low review count is totally ok.

I recently had a hair transplant at UnitedCare Clinic in Istanbul, and I couldn’t be happier with my experience and results so far. I first reached out to their team back in January 2025, after discovering them through the Hair Transplant group on Reddit. What immediately stood out during my research was how transparent and professional UnitedCare is compared to many other clinics.
Three things really convinced me to move forward with them:
– All procedures are led by a Dermatologist Surgeon – not something every clinic can claim.
