Following the transparency trend, they provide pricing on their website along with the hair transplant packages.

All packages are all-inclusive, and details are listed. All-inclusive packages make the patient’s time in Istanbul extremely easy by meeting all the needs. Clients can select complimentary services in line with their wishes.

The primary price dependence is the technique the patient chooses for the hair restoration operation. Regular FUE (Follicular Unit Extraction), DHI FUE, and Sapphire FUE techniques are provided at the clinic.

The cheapest and most popular package is Primary FUE which costs €2,350, and the package details are as follows:

As you see in all package details, medication and aftercare products are included without charging extra.

Dr. Cinik Hair Hospital packages have a fixed price for maximum grafts. That’s a big positive in preventing overharvesting and false graft count reports. A patient can’t follow this number up during the 6-10 hours of real surgery.

The fixed price policy is also good because even if we assume the cost per graft is 1€, the cost would be €4500 for a 4500 graft at Dr. Emrah Cinik’s clinic. For 2€, the price would be enormously high (€9000).

The most expensive and premium package of Dr. Emrah Cinik Hair Transplant Clinic costs €5500. The surgery is performed by Dr. Cinik himself.

Facilities, Services, and Accommodation: 4/5

When you arrive in Istanbul, the driver of the clinic waits for you at the main exit with a sign with the client’s name and takes you to the VIP Van for hotel transfer.

The primary package only includes 2-night accommodation in the 5-star hotel Renaissance Istanbul Polat Bosphorus. The hotel is located in quite an excellent location with a Bosphorus view.

In our opinion, 1 night extra for the rest and recovery before the tiring journey back home is crucial for graft health. To get it, the client needs to upgrade the package and pay €500 extra, and most Turkish clinics don’t add the cost for an extra night.

Regarding hospitals/clinics, Dr. Cinik Hair Hospital is top-notch with the latest modern equipment. Also, the clinic has taken all the necessary precautions against the COVID-19 pandemic and is safe for disease transmission. The clinic is also a Turkish Government and EU-approved private hospital with its hair restoration operating rooms with comfortable and ergonomic hair transplant chairs. The medical staff is well trained and very friendly and accommodating.

Dr. Emrah Cinik Clinic has 28 rooms which the doctor is proud about. Considering the fact that there is only 1 doctor, it is a huge minus, according to us, since it makes the clinic a “hair mill” accepting too many international patients a day. It’s not surprising to hear online patient complaints stating that they saw the doctor for only 3 minutes.

On the European side of Istanbul, the clinic is at a central location and easy to access. It is only 30km from Sabiha Gokcen Airport (SAW) and 44km from Istanbul Airport (ISL). The biggest shopping centers in Istanbul, Cevahir Shopping Mall, and Zorlu Shopping Center, are very close to the clinic.

Furthermore, the clinic and 5-star Renaissance Istanbul Polat Bosphorus hotel is just 1.5km from the clinic, which is very good considering the traffic jams in Istanbul during rush hours.

Surgery Methods and Doctor Involvement: 2/5

As you can validate from various reliable sources, if you don’t pay extra for doctor involvement (VIP Package), Dr. Cinik will only attend pre-op consultations.

Following hair restoration operation phases in Dr. Cinik Clinic is handled by technicians in primary packages:

• Graft harvesting
• Canal opening
• Implantation
• Post-treatment result check
• PRP treatment

As an organization, we are influenced by ISHRS guidelines, and according to it, this is a red flag. The doctor should do parts requiring surgical expertise.

Bio-enhancements such as hypothermosol and ATPv (a.k.a liposomal ATPv) are not used in the hair restoration surgeries of Dr. Cinik, and they are pretty crucial for high graft survival. It’s a big minus for such an experienced doctor not to include such a precious element into the hair transplant procedures to cut costs.

Having 28 rooms and 65 employees, one can’t expect Dr. Cinik to accept one patient daily and thoroughly concentrate on them. The clinic is one of the hair mill hair clinics in Turkey.

The biggest issue is that some technicians may be just newbies and might be randomly assigned to you. Therefore your result might be good and posted to Dr. Cinik’s Instagram or bad and ignored.

A symmetrical hairline is drawn using a laser-assisted tool in pre-op consultation. Also, local anesthesia with needle-free dermojet is employed in operation.

However, we found no information about telogen and miniaturization ratio examinations. We believe it is critical to estimate:

• Donor capacity
• Overharvesting protection
• Estimated coverage calculation

Ask the clinic if you believe this is important.

Normal FUE (Follicular Unit Excision), Sapphire FUE, and DHI FUE methods are employed to perform beard, hair, and eyebrow transplants in his clinic. We found no information regarding FUT or Artas Robotic Hair Transplant Technique on Dr. Cinik’s website and reliable online sources. Most probably, they don’t perform FUT and Robotic hair restoration.

The clinic has thousands of online reviews (hopefully, they are not fake and written by real patients) which is quite helpful for researchers. However, not many of them responded.

We especially expect clinics to stay behind their work and handle negative comments since they are essential to decision-making.

There are pretty bad reviews by real patients, and no further explanation is done by the clinic, which would put a question mark on the patient’s minds.

Some of the recent bad reviews are as follows:

IF THERE IS A ZERO STAR I WOULD DEFINITELY CHOOSE IT.
I had my hair transplant at Dr. Cinik Clinic, and it was one of the worst decisions I have ever made.

Before the procedure, I had a very thick, healthy donor area. After the surgery, my donor area was severely overharvested and permanently damaged. The extraction was done carelessly, with no proper long-term planning for density preservation. The back of my head is now visibly thin and patchy — something I NEVER had before going to this clinic.

I consulted a hair transplant doctor here in the United States to fix the damage, and he clearly told me the donor area was mishandled and aggressively overharvested. This is not just a “bad result” — this is irreversible damage.

What’s even more frustrating is how professional and convincing everything sounds before surgery. You feel like you’re in good hands. But once the procedure is done, you’re left dealing with the consequences alone.

Now I have to spend thousands of dollars trying to repair something that should have been done correctly the first time. The emotional stress and financial burden this caused me is huge.

If you are considering Dr. Cinik Clinic, please understand this:
A damaged donor area cannot simply be “fixed.” Overharvesting is permanent. Do not be misled by marketing or social media promotions. Do deep research beyond the paid reviews.

I would strongly warn others to think very carefully before trusting this clinic with something as permanent as your hair.

I had my surgery in November 2025 and I’m very disappointed with the outcome so far. During my consultation when I was still in Los Angeles about two weeks prior to the surgery I told his staff that I wanted the hair is all moved from my beard area and they told me that that was what was going to happen. I flew all the way to Turkey from Los Angeles and less than 24 hours prior to my surgery, I had a consultation with Dr. cynic I explained to him my concern about the front area of my head and he was adamant about focusing on the middle and crown I said several times can we please add some errors to one section of a front that was just really missing hair and he’s overruled me and said no we’re gonna focus on the middle and crown only. I felt very uncomfortable, but I had no choice at that point but to go through with the surgeries since I had traveled all the way across the world and I wasn’t about to say no to the surgery since it was only 24 hours prior.. it’s been over three months now and the front just looks really bad compared to the back and crown. The hair hasn’t grown in in the back or crown yet but the front just keeps getting worse. I expressed my concern to the doctors staff recently, and they tried to blame me saying that I agree to everything during the consultations. I’m really disappointed that they would lie and overall wish I went to another doctor that would’ve listened to me and put the hairs where they needed to go for the best results.

I had my first procedure almost 5 years ago, and it went fairly well. I decided to do a second one to complete the procedure and cover the missing areas. It was a total disaster. They didn’t do what I asked for. They tell you that if you’re not satisfied, they’ll do a free revision procedure. This didn’t happen; they make up lies and say they did a good operation. The areas that needed covering weren’t covered at all. For a year, I’ve been trying to prove that they did the wrong procedure, but they don’t want to know anything. A waste of money; there are many more specialized and, above all, reputable clinics for the same price. I paid a very high sum, and the service didn’t match the price. Stay away from this clinic. They’re scammers. They’ve become commercial and need to sell to make numbers. They don’t care about your health or the results. The worst clinic I could have chosen. During the pre-op visit, they made a mistake with the design. Even though I told them I didn’t like it, they continued their course. Dr. Cinik subsequently examined me and drew the correct line. Despite this, Dr. Cinik’s instructions were not followed. Choose carefully, analyze carefully. Don’t call this clinic.

According to our Dr. Emrah Cinik review, the average cost in his clinic is affordable compared to hair transplants in Europe, the United Kingdom, and the United States. 

Showing pricing and detailed packages on the website is a crucial step to being as transparent as possible. Patients won’t question whether they are offered different prices than others.

One drawback is charging extra for Dr. China’s involvement in the hair transplant process. Needle-free dermojet local anesthesia is standard in many clinics in Turkey, but it is also extra at Dr. Cinik hospital.

The hospital is state-of-the-art with the latest technology equipment. However, doctor involvement in hospital’s surgery rooms is extremely low. Many patients complain that Dr. Cinik does not allocate time for them to redraw their hairline or answer crucial questions.

In the hair transplant center, there are various other hair loss treatments such as PRP, mesotherapy, and after hair transplant laser therapy or LLLT.

28 operating rooms, a dedicated team of 65 including complete beginner technicians and nurses; even though Dr. Cinik is an experienced surgeon, his lack of involvement puts a question mark on minds.

Emrah Cinik Biography

Dr. Emrah Cinik was born in 1977 and studied medicine at Uludag University between 1996 and 2002. 

In Bursa, he took a medical aesthetics and cosmetics certificate to perform a hair transplant surgery legally.

Between 2002 and 2007, he worked in the medical aesthetics and cosmetics field in Bursa, Turkey.

Since 2007, he has been running his hair clinic in Beşiktaş/Istanbul/Turkey.

He was a former member of the ISHRS (The International Society of Hair Restoration Surgery). He attended ISHRS conferences to improve his skills. Currently, he is not listed in the membership list of ISHRS; most probably, he has left due to imposed restrictions on surgical procedures.

He is a Turkish Medical Association and FUE Europe Hair Transplant Society member.
